I love the turning of the seasons. The moments of the year when the rhythms change have always resonated with me. It makes me feel in touch with the earth. Tonight is the autumn equinox and marks the beginning of our journey to the winter solstice. It’s a moment of balance between night and day. For me, it is an important time to reflect and make sure I am prepared for the seasons to come.
