“Trees are poems that the earth writes upon the sky.”
Kahlil Gebran
I love trees. I utterly adore them in so many ways and I often doodle images of trees. When I need to find space and peace in my mind and in my spirit, I will always go and take myself to among the trees. My love of trees goes deep within my skin.
It’s no surprise that many of my daydreams about body painting feature images of trees. I haven’t written a physical list but the one in my mind is long. Body painting isn’t always the easiest thing to suggest to people. It involves them being naked, still and indulgent to me.
Luckily for me, one of those awesome people who us happy to indulge me is a very good friend. So, last Monday, I caressed their skin with my brushes and created a new, temporary work of art.
Utterly gorgeous!
Such fantastic art, you’re super creative Honey.
I didn’t know you painted, Honey! This is just incredibly lovely and you couldn’t have a more beautiful canvas, either. This would be perfect printed and hung on a wall, almost a mind-bender 🙂
This is amazing … the idea, the creativity, the photo.
LOVE it !!!

I love that you did this, other peoples creativity is always something I’m in awe with and watching you work was wonderful. I can’t wait to find out what’s next.
Although keeping still isn’t exactly a skill of mine so we’ll done for keeping me distracted enough 😀
The canvas is really natural. And the tree is like a real one and even blooms.
That is absolutely STUNNING.

I would be proud of such a picture on my body.
