Oh I know that feeling, my pillow is what gets the mark the most, but occasionally its my hand also.

Mmm… I do that too! I bite down on whatever is near, but that is usually nothing but my hand.
I often need to be quieted as well…a pillow, flesh, cock…whatever is around 😉
