The prompt for this week’s Sinful Sunday has sent my mind skittering through all of the things that I associate with masculinity. I have had a delightful time thinking and responding to all of those thoughts. Unfortunately, being in a long distance relationship means that I haven’t been able to capture the evidence of them to share.

One thing that always makes me think of masculinity is everything to do with facial hair. I love the rough scratch of stubble, the beautiful sensation of a groomed beard and the delicious lickableness of a clean shaven face. A while back, my man made me face my fear of razors by making me shave his face! That made me quake to my core but with his guidance, he emerged cut free. I still don’t like razors, but they trigger a deep and fascinating reaction in me.

I took the opportunity of this prompt to challenge myself and whilst the pictures aren’t perfect, the emotional journey to get these and the discarded attempts, was worth it for me.

I think I am nearly ready for a close shave.

  1. I completely agree with you about facial hair. Scratchy stubble is such a masculine thing but I love clean shaven, there is something about that soft smoothness that I just find a turn on. I often shave @Domsigns It is one of the favourite things to do for him. I never manage to get it completely right, round the nose and above the top lip is very tricky and he usually does the finally finishing touches.

I have long had a fantasy about being shaved clean by him and it is something we have talked about so I know one day it will happen. The whole idea just makes me squirm.

Love your pictures, they fit perfectly with your thoughts on this subject

    1. I hope your fantasy happens soon. My man has held me down and done that to me with a normal razor. Just thinking about it makes me very squirmy. That was before the purchase of this razor!!! I think I have an extremely squirm inducing view of the future.

  2. I can safely say that I will never shave Master T, not because He would not allow me, but because He has a beard and a moustache which I love!

I love these pictures, although those razor blades do scare me a lot!

    1. They scare me too. Just a normal razor makes me nervous. I might regret buying this one. There have already been conversations whispered in my ear about what will happen which have made me hold my breath and squirm.

  3. Completely agree with you about hair! I love chest hair and once met a man who completely shaved bare, but I requested he at least keep the chest hair while dating me.
When my husband has time off (almost never) my favorite thing is seeing his facial hair. In the military, he is not allowed to grow even a hint of it out, but when he has time off, I get to feel it against my skin.
Your story and images are so compelling, the straight razor would scare me too.

  4. I can’t decide whether I prefer Sir’s stubble or his clean shaven look, both suit him in so many different ways. But I can honestly say I don’t think he’ll ever trust me to shave him!

  5. I don’t think I could ever shave a man’s face, neck and throat. I have had a past relationship where I would edge and shape his hair on the back of his neck. I was shaking and scared the first time, than it became a routine. Now if I see a man with a scraggly hairline I want to take care of it for him.

  6. There is something both frightening and sexy about that razor, and I love the brush! I think you’re ready. 🙂
