This morning hasn’t gone according to plan. The combination of being unable to find my external drive which has my planned pic for today on, coming down from seeing my man yesterday and coping with cramps has meant that I was getting very frustrated.
I stopped. I realised that I needed to deploy some self-care and take responsibility for myself. This collage is a collection of some of the little things that I have done for myself.
They might not seem exciting to others, but they are a little hug for me.
