We are currently in a situation that still feels unimaginable. The speed that our lives have had to change and contract to the smallest physical space possible has left us reeling. Everyone that I know is experiencing fear and anxiety. Trying to find a balance is hard.

We can’t meet up with people and lots of us are finding that hard. I know that I don’t naturally reach out to others when I am struggling. But now, more than ever, it’s important to stay connected and to reach out. Let’s keep the compassion, empathy and connection flowing for the benefit of us all.

While our physical world shrink, let’s make our emotional worlds grow.

Reach Out!
